Please note: The forum is for you merchants to help one another and share information. This forum is NOT intented to be used to contact Customer Support. Please use the Contact Us link on the main page to send requests for help to Customer Support. Customer Support will at times stop in to check on the forum but you should not expect answers here from Customer Support.

If you do not receive a response from Customer Support within 24 hours please check you email settings and make sure support @ emartsolutions.com is on your white list and send your request again. We have had several cases where merchants are not receiving our responses.

Our Customer Support hours have been reduced. We will still provide you the best answer possible within 24 hours of you sending a request. Based on most of our customers needs we are now primarily providing support on evenings and weekends. This includes phone support. The production systems are still monitored 24/7.
Due to the low cost of our services we see that this is the best use of the support time that we can provide. We will still be providing the quality support that we have provided for over 8 years.

Lastly merchants can feel free to use this forum to discuss other ideas and issues around eCommerce. If you have interesting sites you've found that may help another merchant feel fee to start a discussion. Please be respectful of one another, no links to questionable sites and remember the contents of the forum can be searched by search engines.
