Orders not going through

We haverage about 5 orders a day and have for years now and it is extremely rare that we go a day without receiving an order. I believe there is something on emart's end not allowing orders to go though. I just tried placing one with my own credit on my own site and it got stuck when I clicked Submit payment. It gets stuck fpr a few minutes and then goes to a white page with big text that says "This order was not processed. At the bottom in the status bar it says "waiting for https://secure.emartcart.com/cart/odb/GetCustomerInfo.odb...". Please let me know what is going on that my orders are not going through.
