Sales Tax Not Calculating

Hello,
Just got an order from a customer with a bill-to/ship-to address in FLorida where we collect sales tax, but the sales tax was not calculated. We are using the automated sales tax feature and have not had any problem with this in the past.
Can someone check on this please?
