cart won't combine.

I have tried fixing my somes items won't combine issues for months now. I have even did 100 s of buttons over. I am losing money and need some help from you guys, I filled an application for your merchants service, but did not finish as I am not sure I am keepings your cart due to the issues and time consuming problems. If you can help, please let me know as I must make a decision. I cannot wait long as I am losing money and have had customer complaints on the cart. Thank you again.
