Three lines of Code, Then ....

I added the 3 lines of code to my download buttons and voila!, it works—more or less:
PayPal calculates the download without shipping in its notices to both the purchaser and seller—Good.
However, eMartCart adds shipping to its notices to both the purchaser and seller—not Good (does not require any refunds but creates confusion)
1. How do we get eMartCart to not add the shipping???
Also, the eMartCart note to the purchaser gave a download link that worked, but, The downloaded zipped file (had correct name) but was only 1KB in size and on opening stated "File invalid or corrupted."
2.Is the problem with eMartCart? or with the file (it is about 26MB)?
