Download Product Problems

Hello,
I have the silver service with the added download product option. Half of my products are boxed for shipping and the other half are for download. Problems:
1. My download items are charged for shipping!
2. The eMartCart notice to the customer gives no information as to when, where, or how to download their purchase!
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
