International Orders

I use Emartcart Silver and PayPal Standard. I ship to Canada and United States. I just received an order from Slovenia. I use UPS and USPS to ship. I do not have any of the international shipping methods checked (I believe). The payment went through okay per PayPal and Emartcart. Unconfirmed address. UPS returned a shipping amount through emartcart. Not sure what to do. I know this order came through a dog club in Slovenia, ( I sell pet products). On PayPal I have Canada and the US checked. I don't know why the order went through, I don't know if I can ship there (permits?), I don't know if I should ship there, I don't know if the shipping calculated correctly. Need advice here.
