I'd like to suggest another idea. Options in the cart are fine for a few items but 20 is a lot. And I'm sure you have a big selection to choose from so that makes a lot of clicking and scrolling and choosing.
Why not create a form based web page with all the CDs they can choose from in a list with check boxes. When a customer places the order you can send them an email directing them to the web page where they simply fill in their name, check off the 20 choices and hit the submit button to email the form to you.
Depending on your proficiency and your email program you could even automate this with a rule in your email program to look for content in a message, the item number for instance, and automatically send them an email directing them to the form page.
