It can be done with the selection fields

On the form for the products, you will selection fields (the premium contains 4 fields). Each field can be used as a drop down. In the selection 1 field, if you enter "First Choice:CD1, CD2, CD3,...." it will create a drop down where the customer can select from the list. If you need more than 4 drop downs, you will need to duplicate the code from the 4th drop down. In the code you will see "sel1", "sel2", "sel3" and "sel4" (any past "sel4" will still need to be named "sel4")
