Outage Sunday night for around an hour

Hello, Yes there was a network problem Sunday night which caused a loss of service for around an hour. It was corrected.

Yes there was an issue with shipping calculation on orders over the single item limit when paying with a specific processor. This error was introduced when we made other enhancements. It wasn't a lack of customer support but it took us a while to track down the problem becasue it only happened on very specific situations.

We regret that you are currently frustrated with the help you are receiving and we will try to do a better job with our support and response to issues.
