Thanks for replying to this post over a month ago. I have now been losing money on shipping for nearly 2 months. Nice customer service. Maybe after 3 years I need to start looking for a new shopping cart. No annoncement as to what happened yesterday causing many of us to lose sales during the this busy season. When first started using emart cart you cusomer service was amazing but lately it hasnt been that great.
