eMart Search Box

Why aren't our newest products showing up in the search box of eMart Search? Search Box link is on our site; not the one inside My Account
When we type in > soft plush animals |
the message > Sorry, no matching items found.
We have placed 2doz items on the Soft & Plush Department, so we know we have products on our site but not on your search site. In the past when we Define and describe our Products to create Pay Button this would add product into search data base without us doing anyhthing eles.
Do we now have to do something to create products in the search data base in order to have eMart link Search Box on our site?
-or- Have the search codes change for our site?
