Thank You and A Couple Of Questions

Hi Guys,
I wanted to say a heartfelt Thank You for your work with my marketing people, Spur Digital. In my mind, this was above and beyond the already great service you provide. Thank You!!
I do have a couple of questions, as usual.
1. I was trying to add another product this afternoon and was unable to do so. It was probably me but just in case, can you check this, please?
2. I know you guys changed this for me before but I wanted to change the email notification address. Is this possible?
3. If I wanted a mandatory drop down menau on the checkout page, is this possible? I want to know how my customers found me and at the current time, have this as a field on every sale page but it is really cumbersome. Is it possible?
