Credit Cards Accepted

Hi there -
Last week I changed the credit cards I accept to Visa and Master Card only.
I received an order with an AMX card for payment after doing so.
Today I reviewed my settings and they are correct with V/MC being the only accepted cards.
I did a test order and the graphic for all 4 cards V/MC/AMEX/DISC is still showing up.
Can you please correct this?
