Priority Mail Shipping not calculating correctly

I've noticed that on larger orders, priority mail shipping is not calculating correctly. I just had someone order 200lbs woth of product and the priority mail shipping rate they received was $44.20. It should have been around $150. Please advise as to why this is happening.
