shopping cart not working

When I click on the "Add to cart" buttons from my site. I get an error message that the site is not available. as so
"Not Found
The requested URL /cart/odb/cart.odb was not found on this server.
Apache/2.0.55 (Unix) DAV/2 mod_jk/1.2.20 PHP/5.2.0 Server at emartcart.com Port 80"
Please help. It has been on and off all week.
