Unencrypted Info Message After Purchase

After a purchase is made, a message comes up stating that unencrypted information is being sent over the internet. This refers to the email receipt, BUT customers think it has something to do with their credit card information.
I've now received a lot of complaints and have to explain this to customers.
Is there any way to turn this message off?
