Ship 3 items for a fixed rate

Since my last post, that was not answered, I reaozed I needed an additional shoping cart to sell a new line of items so I have purchased another cart and the Gold Service. My issue here is this: I am selling DVDs and can ship 3 DVDs plus bubble wrap and literature in a box from the Post Office for a flat rate of $4.60 so what I want to do is to have the shipping charges reflect this. I want to charge $4.60 for up to 3 DVDs and then an additional $4.60 for the next 3 and so on. I have read all the posts about fixed shipping and none have dealt with this issue so I am asking for hlep.
