We haven't had any probelms reported with the shopping cart service so it's likely in your configuration. Just for the records we have processed over $9 Million in orders this year as of June 31st 2007. So the cart does work for most people.

The link you sent in your email to support led us to a page with a 404 error. We would be gald to help just send us a good URL or send the html file as an attachment in the email.

You may also want to check to see if cookies are enabled. This cart is designed around cookies and will not work if you have them turned off or blocked by your firewall.

Hope to talk to you soon so we can get your site problems resolved.

By the way primary support is Monday through Friday from 9 to 5 Mountain time. You reported your problem late Friday night.
